White UPVC fascias and soffits go grey and streaky faster than most people expect, usually from algae and general road grime rather than anything wrong with the material itself. Left long enough it starts to look like the plastic itself has aged, when actually a proper wash brings it back close to new. We clean the fascias, soffits and the outer face of the guttering using the same ground-based system as our window rounds, so there’s no ladder work involved.
It’s usually booked alongside a window clean, since the access and equipment overlap, but it works fine as a standalone job too if your windows are already looked after by someone else or you just want the exterior refreshed before selling up.
